Solubility:

Praziquantel is freely soluble in ethanol or dichloromethane. Slightly soluble in water

 

Toxicity:

Acute toxicity LD50 in mice and rats (mg/kg): 2000~3000 oral administration,> 3,000 subcutaneously injection.

 

Application:
